Did you ever have one of those days when it feels like you can't stop eating? Every once in awhile I have those days. It makes me feel like I am sabotaging my healthy routine but I can't stop! I feel ravenous! Any food within my reach is fair game! And my weakness is bread so if it is around - I am going to eat it.
But why does this happen? Certainly there has to be a reason! I work-out and eat healthy. Why do I sometimes feel I could eat all of the food in my fridge? I hope this post helps you recognize and cope with some of the situations that may cause you to be hungry. If you have other tips, I'd love to hear them!
