Ahh grapefruit! One of my favorite fruits. Grapefruit season runs from November to May so make sure to buy them when they are in season. I love eating grapefruit for breakfast but there are a ton of great grapefruit recipes out there. Also, grapefruit is high in vitamin C but also contains potassium and lycopene. Lycopene is an antioxidant which may contain heart health benefits.
