What Happens When You Drink Muscle And Joint Tea

I love tea! There are so many health benefits. Powerful antioxidants, brain and memory support and hydration are some of the generic benefits you get from drinking tea. But then, there is the whole other world of healing properties in tea based on the herbs used.

Cinnamon is a spice I love using when I make smoothies or baked fruit or in oatmeal. It has a warming, cozy feeling and taste.
