Flavors of the Season: Cabbage

Cabbage is probably one of the most underutilized vegetable in my opinion. I really like cabbage! I am always trying to find new ways to make the most of it. Plus, it can be really inexpensive at times. Cabbage is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin C and vitamin B6. It is a good source of fiber, potassium, magnesium and calcium.
