Everyone has different values and interests that inform wellness choices. In our initial sessions, we will discuss your vision for well-being and find what motivates you. From there, we will move into setting realistic goals, identifying obstacles, making changes, and eventually maintaining new habits. Staying focused and accountable is key when you’re making changes or taking on something new. Health coaching can help you identify potential distractions and how to overcome them. I am a supportive mentor, accountability partner, and wellness authority. I help my clients feel their best through individualized food and lifestyle changes that meet their unique needs and health goals. You will experience powerful, transformational, one-on-one coaching sessions where you will receive action plans guaranteed to move you closer to the body and health you desire.
