Aww - NUTS! (and seeds)

Nuts are the perfect snack for me. Filling & healthy. Seeds are a great addition to salads and oatmeal (yes oatmeal) to add some crunch and nutrients. Below is an infographic of health benefits of some of my favorite nuts & seeds. Enjoy!
