How to make healthy and easy appetizers for any holiday party

Let the holiday party season begin! Now that Thanksgiving is behind us, the stressful rush to Christmas is on it's way. Shopping needs to be done and parties to attend. This means you are probably short on time and stressed to get it all done. But making appetizers to bring to parties doesn't have to be hard. There are plenty of ways to make healthy and easy appetizers that will be appreciated by any host of a holiday party.

Some really quick tips to help when you need a holiday appetizer fast:

  1. Rely on supermarket prepared foods. You can usually find already chopped vegetables that can be paired with organic hummus or an organic dip. 

  2. Look for frozen options. With the popularity of cauliflower crust, the local grocery store now sells organic cauliflower crust pizza. Simply heat and cut the pizza into bite sized pieces. 

  3. Look for fresh options at club stores. I bought Organic Cauliflower bites at Costco a couple of months ago. The bites are similar to a tater tot in size but contains only organic ingredients. Pair it with a sauce or not.
