How it Works
FREE 30 Minute Consultation: we’ll discuss your symptoms, diagnosis and health goals, to make sure we are a good fit.
Onboarding: Once we decide to work together, you’ll schedule your initial visit and fill out intake forms about your health and goals.
In-depth initial assessment: at our first session, we’ll take a deep dive into your health and diet journey and start setting the foundation to your healing journey.
Personalized Plan: after the assessment, we’ll meet to discuss your personalized plan and how you will move forward with support and creating accountability to meet your goals.
Follow-ups: over the next several months, we will meet according to your schedule and progress, making adjustments and setting new goals.
Graduation day: this is always a bittersweet experience but my goal is for you to build the confidence and skills you need to thrive on your own, without me! If you ever need a refresher or decide to work on additional goals, I am always here for you!
What is a Health Coach?
I am a proud member of the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching. Below is the formal definition by the Board of a Health Coach:
“Health & wellness coaches support clients in activating internal strengths and external resources to make sustainable and healthy lifestyle behavior changes. Health coaches use a client-centered approach wherein clients decide their goals, engage in self-discovery or active learning processes, and self-monitor behaviors to increase accountability, all within the context of an interpersonal relationship with a health coach.”
